Seems alright. Joeckel would be the weak spot.

Looks solid to me. If Luke doesnt pan out this year we get someone in the draft next year. I honestly wouldnt be suprised if we draft a guy in the 4th to start developing.

Apparently this guy is Osemele lite. He can play guard, tackle and even come center

I think keeping Linder at guard would be best.

This is the one. Allen is a LG and Linder is a RG.
That makes Cann a center.

I can't believe with everyone settling for Joeckel.

Allen has only started 9 games the past 2 years. No thanks. I would rather have Incognito.

He was pretty good besides the last game. Remember all those TDs Blake threw last year? Yea Luke was on the field for all those.

He's started 28 out of 32 games. I'd rather not sign a 33 yo guard but that's just me.

He says 9 games and you say he's started 28 of 32.....

Allen started:
8 out of 12 games - 2015
1 out of 1 games (ACL) - 2014
14 out of 15 games - 2013
13 out of 16 games - 2012

Right, my point, only 9 games last 2 years.

Im all for Allen. Never been a big fan of Ritchie and he is older as well, so Ill go the younger route as well.

What I find most interesting in all this is that the Jags are determined to upgrade the middle of their offensive line.
By signing Jeff Allen and moving Linder to Center, the Jags open up their Rd 2 pick, which is where I am projecting the selection of Ryan Kelly, the Alabama Center and potential All Pro Player.
I my mind, Linder is the best interior offensive lineman and if anyone can make the transition from OG to Center it would be Linder.
The availability of the Jags Rd 2 pick, Selection 38 offered in a trade to say New England for Chandler Jones - DE, prior to the draft might open the Jags to selecting Myles Jack at Pick 5 instead of Joey Bosa.
I think I would rather trade the Jags Rd 2 pick to New England for a 12 Sack Man in Chandler Jones than have to overpay for Olivier Vernon of the Dolphins
Give me:
Malik Jackson - DT - Broncos - 13 Mil/Season
Mario Williams - DE - Bills - 11 Mil/Season
Chandler Jones - DE - Patriots - 13 Mil/Season
then select
Myles Jack to man the MLB
and
Jordan Jenkins to man the Otto
add
Sean Smith to be the No. 1 CB - 10 Mil/season
and
Tashaun Gipson to man the FS spot - 10 Mil/Season
and the Jags would have a much improved Defense.
Throw in
Jeff Allen - OLG - Chiefs - 8 Mil/Season
and
Chris Ivory - RB - Jets - 4 Mil/Season
and the Jags will have spent: 70 Mil
sounds insane!

Over the last 3 years they have started the same amount of games. Better question is who will start more games the next 2 years?
Checkmate.

But Incognito is the better player even if he does play less games. Plus, he would be cheaper than Allen.
