New Research Says Smoking Marijuana Causes Complete Crohn’s Disease Remission In 45% of Patients, marijuana treatment programs

In the United States, according to the Controlled Substance Act:

“[W]hen it comes to a drug that is currently listed in schedule I, if it is undisputed that such drug has no currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States and a lack of accepted safety for use under medical supervision, and it is further undisputed that the drug has at least some potential for abuse sufficient to warrant control under the CSA, the drug must remain in schedule I.”

In other words, oxycontin (synthetic heroin) makes money for big pharm, marijuana can be grown at home. That's un-American!
"The study examined 21 people with Crohn’s Disease."

So possibly the percentages could have been much higher (pun attended) with a larger sample size.
While I do think that marijuana might help alleviate the symptoms of some diseases/treatments, it certainly does not "cure" or cause someone with Crohn's Disease to go into "remission". What causes a "remission" is a proper diet. I happen to know this because I have a couple of family members that have Crohn's, and one of them is a marijuana user.

Did someone say they're giving out samples?

Are cannabis brownies part of that proper diet?

The article is clearly not scientific. I too have friends with Crohn's, and describe the effect of cannabis as you state, alleviation of symptoms. Unfortunately, misinformation does not help the cause.

I'd really like to try an edible. Only smoked it before
In 100 years they'll be trying to figure out why we demonized marijuana and supported tobacoo.
For me it was a great sleep aid the whole two times I smoked it back in the 90's. Insomnia is a pain and sleeping pills cause me to hallucinate. Not in a good way.

A new study proves that you are 99% more likely to eat after smoking some weed.

Really easy to make too.

You cruel and thoughtless hater. Have pity on the poor Mexican drug runners! Do you want their children to starve?

Do you know why cannabis was declared an illegal substance?
