Chancellor's play has been slipping a bit anyway. George Illoka is basically 90% of what the old Chancellor was (and equal or slightly better than the current version) and we could get him for just a big FA contract.

I've been real.impressed with Illoka's play the past couple seasons. He has really turned into a terrific player.
I'll admit, I didn't think much of him when Cincy first got him. Boy, was I wrong. I agree with you. Illoka is very good, and goes largely unnoticed by most of the nation. If the Jags somehow landed him, I'd be very happy.
Stop it. Yall would be happy if we landed Chancellor and was able to show Cyp to the bench.

Kam is slow and is a complete liability. Earl bails him out consistently so not even sure he would be a upgrade.
Irvin has how many career sacks? Playing in an elite defense? Teams usually don't let great pass rushers go... Yet Seattle is letting him walk? Seems fishy.

Are you telling me Kam is not an upgrade over Cyp? lol Kam is one of the best SS in the game, Cyp is the liability. Sea. defense looked much better when Cyp came back from his holdout. They missed Kam and it showed when he wasnt in there that the defense wasnt the same
Who said Irvin is a great pass rusher? He isnt great but he is decent and he would be an upgrade to Skuta at otto.

I'm saying Kam won't look like Kam if he comes to play here. He would get torched... Just like he did in the playoffs by Rudolph. Cyprien would look much better player next to Earl. Cyp is hung out to dry plenty of times.

Lol, Kam gave up 1 catch the whole game, also made the play of the game on defense when he striped AP for the fumble in the 4th. Ill take the way Kam plays anyday giving up a pass here and there. You obviously have the 2 players confused. Kam is a playmaker on defense and makes game changing plays on the regular. A play maker on special teams as well. Cyp is the guy the takes bad angles misses tackles game after game and gets torched by the other teams TE on the the regular. You dont know what you are talking about but ok. I know we wont get Kam but this defense would be much improved with Karl Joseph and Kam at the safety spots

I never claimed that Cyp is good. In fact he hasn't been good here.
What your failing is grasp is that I don't dislike Kam. I just feel he is overrated due to Earl Thomas bailing him out and the defense he plays in. If Kam came here, he would most likely be an upgrade to Cyp but still be a liability since he will be playing next to FS who can't help him.
