What's next? Equal pay?!?!
Kidding.
But really I just don't see the point in it. If you're qualified you're qualified.

Billionaires don't hire people based on skill, but merely on skin color and plumbing. We must set this injustice right.

If a woman has already worked her way up to the top in a different industry, she does not have to do it all over in the NFL. Men and women go through the same process: application, resume, and interview. The only difference is most of the NFL's employees are men, so when a woman is hired, it becomes a news story.

Well that probably won't be true when they start up the WNFL and a woman is hired for a position.

She'll definitely have to pay some lip service to begin with.
I mean, nobody gets a free ride.

Do you have an issue with women working for NFL teams?

I'd line up at tailback, get that backfield in motion, and see what happens if we pound it in the hole. I think she'd fill well, but smash mouth would be fun for a while.

Just blitz the weakside with a stunt underneath, twist it just right and make it sticky then you'll have her on the bench in no time.

Then, just when she thinks I'm about to pound it into the end zone, I'll change the play and dive in headfirst.
