Nobody has said Spence isn't a better pass rusher, he's the best pass rusher in the draft no doubt. That doesn't mean he's a better player. Bosa will be a good pass rusher and dominant run defender. Spence should be a great pass rusher and potentially be a very poor run defender.

If we draft Spence I just feel like we should be running a 3-4 a lot of the time. You have to find a way to get Fowler and Spence on the field at the same time while not giving up a lot of size in the run game and the best way to do that is with 3-4 looks.

There is zero chance we will switch to a 3-4 defense. If that is the system Noah Spence belongs in, a team that already runs it will pick him.

Our defense is basically what you just said. Its a 4-3 with 3-4 looks and elements.

I didn't say switch to a 3-4, I said have more 3-4 looks.

We don't have that many 3-4 looks. We have 3-4 elements. I think they need to add more 3-4 looks if we have guys like Fowler and Spence together. Put in Vernon and they can really get crazy.
