Quote:If he paid to have the tan removal surgery only to have it return in the summer, then I think it's fair game to question his judgements as a coach. Sounds like he uses a flighty decision process. Those elbows are emblematic of our poor record.
It's no wonder he didn't get hired anywhere this offseason when you see his decision making and his elbows.
There are reports that one of the reasons Marrone resigned in Buffalo was due to disparaging remarks about his loose elbow skin by Buffalo ownership.
Glad he got it taken care of.

But at least his elbows were pale in gloomy Buffalo. Now he flaunts his taut and tanned arm joints for everyone to see.

Smoke 'em if you got 'em.
I say good for him!
This has to be some sort of record on this board for getting to this point in the off season so quickly.
Gus will be up for a tummy tuck next off-season if he stays on this path...
I can't believe what I'm reading/seeing here...and my SN is fittingly "Bizarro"

I know. That elbow looks like someone else's in the After picture.
Joeckel posted a tweet saying he admired Marrone both for his courage and his fresh taut elbows.
Well apparently if this doesn't hold up well, he's going to have both elbows removed. Kind of how Dan Halen has no knees.
One negative side effect of the procedure is a degraded production of elbow grease. Look for less production from Marrone from now on. Just one more example of Gus being in over his head. You gotta check joint skin.

So wait...did he have elective elbow skin surgery or vital elbow replacement surgery?
Great job Vic. Way to be on top of things.
I choose to panic and none of you are going to stop me!

Are you hinting that Marrone may have actually photoshopped the after pic to make it look better than it actually does?
TMZ caught wind yet?

I can see the Kardashian-esque headlines now:
"Jaguars assistant coach has wardrobe malfunction, teasingly exposes new racy elbows".
Quote:I was wondering about the color change too. Of course he can get the tan back if Jacksonville is warm and sunny.
You have to have those elbows feeling and looking good. Never heard prime time? Look good, ya look good ya feel good, ya feel good ya coach good, ya coach good they play good, they play good ya win. So Marrone getting this taken care of is huge for us this off season IMO. Not to mention the pain he must of been in
I feel like I'm being punk'd by some of the posters in this thread.
Should I be laughing or shaking my head? Maybe both?

You've answered your own question. How can you possibly do one without the other? Like getting work done on a pair of elbows.

It also takes away an extra level of protection for the funny bone.
