She isn't going to be doing much if any coaching at all. She'll be doing grunt work like breaking down film for coaches and as well as analytics. She may run the scout team. Some QCC coaches get to do that. Some don't.

They've already said she'll be helping run the scout team. But yeah, it is more of a grunt work job, an internship in some ways, than a drawing up schemes and choosing your packages job.

So how do you explain the "special teams" part of her title? Does that not mean she works with the kicker, punter, and long snapper?

She is not the special teams coach. She is a quality control coach for special teams. Basically, she does analytics. It is as bottom as you get on a team, but a start. Gruden and a lot of coaches started in this spot.
