I'm wondering in the event of a first place tie, should there be a "postseason pickoff," to determine the ultimate winner? Pros? Cons?

Looking at the idea for future seasons, the only downside I can think of is if the people tied being in the same contest elsewhere where the format is the picks are secret until basically around game time. Much like the format Yahoo uses.
