Dear god, is the next Garrard/Leftwich dead horse?

Just make it stop.
“I have a responsibility to our players,” Gus said.  “They're trusting me to make the right decision for them to be successful. We're already starting. I's not how fast we get it done it's about making the right decision.  We'll do what’s best for the organization."

------------------------------------------------------

Why didn't Gus interfere with Babich during the last 3 years of failure?  Was it out of respect for his former boss and friend, which made it so difficult to fire him as well?

I guess as fans we have no say in any of it and can only hope for the best in 2016.

I would guess. It might have been an oral agreement too that Babich would control the defense. Gus is seeing that he might have to start taking that control away since it's not working.

I mean, it makes sense. Why pay a DC top dollar if you're going to call the plays yourself.

I'm excited to see Gus get more involved next year.
Quote:No it's not. The OP only posted a link, not his opinion about Gus Bradley.

Of course any attempt to bash him will be met with criticism from his supporters.
Are you too dense to read the very second post in this thread that was also by the op expressing his opinion?

The best bosses let their people do their jobs.

If they can't, you move on and find someone who can.  You don't do it for them.  That's the opposite of management.

The second post is not why the thread was started, you know. The purpose of the thread is always what the first poster wrote.

the purpose of this thread is completely idiotic. If you want to attack Gus for his record that's legitimate but this thread is really grasping at straws

The first poster and the second poster are the same person.

Are you really that dumb?

Yes in the real world, but Gus would have been replaced if he was in the real world. It doesn't sound like Gus was doing much of anything. If he was heavily involved then 2016 will be the same. If he wasn't involved, then he should have been fired for not getting involved to fix the issues.

The relationship between Khan and Gus is real world management. It's just at an organizational level that is well above your understanding.

The only fantasy here is people like you who think they know how to manage a major overhaul multi-million dollar enterprise.

Real world management understands that when major drastic changes are made to an organization that mistakes will invariably be made and unforeseen difficulties will be encountered, and if you don't allow for the people implementing the change to learn from those mistakes and give them the opportunity to overcome the pitfalls, even if it means you have to extend the projected time frame, then you will never realize the change you were wanting to implement in the first place. All you would be doing is creating an organization destined to implode and be right back at square one as soon as it faces adversity.

Gus may not turn out to be the right guy for the job, but to imply that Khan, who managed the building of multi-billion dollar company, isn't using real world management is laughable. It just shows how ignorant you are to actual real world management.

She is the one trying to call people out.

It's not bullying. It's called putting someone in their place.
What d you guys want him to say "He sucked and had to go"  No coach will ever say that in public
