He was beaten multiple times today and had a rough outing in the SEC championship game as well. Was this just a case of packing it in in lieu of preserving his body for the draft or does he legitimately struggle against top competition?
Well I've seen him touted as hands down the best CB in the draft, the best CB to come out the past 5 years, etc. so yes, I'm going to say he's overrated. I'd rather have Mackensie Alexander if he decides to declare.

It's probably a combination of the two...
Most players at the top are, All the qbs are overrated, Bosa, Knidehcie( or however you spell it). Hargreaves probably is but that doesn't mean he is not a top 15 talent. He is good, prob is the best corner in the draft, just maybe in a drought, He played well all year except the last two games. Tabor probably is better coming out next year. He has 5 picks I Believe so that is more that the entire secondary of the jags. And they don't even throw his way.
It looked to me like Tabor had a great season because teams were throwing away from Hargreaves. Every week I thought, "Where is Hargreaves at?" because quarterbacks were throwing the opposite direction.
Not sure what Hargreaves deal was today. Not sure if he was injured or Mac was holding him out but he was missing on a lot of plays. When he was in he didn't look that great either.

I could not watch the game, but when a team allows 41 points, obviously the whole defense broke down.
Simple answer...yes

Hargreaves did Harris a favor today; Harris didn't look like the worst player on the field. Michigan exposed Hargreaves all game. One on one with Hargreaves with no safety help was their best matchup and accounted for about a third of their total passing numbers.

Yeah, pretty rough game for him. Took too many risks and he was out of position a lot. I imagine his stock may take a hit

NFL teams know to look at the big picture, or what they call overall body of work, so one bad game should not drop him much. But I am sure all of the scouts will take his last game into account when grading him.
Hargreaves at pick 36!!!
*wakesup*
Next question: Is Hargreaves so overrated the top 10 would be a reach? I think wherever we pick should be a good range for him (currently 7-9) unless something really bad happens at the combine and pro day.
Chesson toasted him and Chesson isn't on NFL draft radars (for whatever that is worth).
Ramsey is the better corner

Nope.
Up against a reciever with NFL size for sure. I feel he is overrated, and have felt that way for some time. I don't think he has the size needed to spend a top 10 pick. He will be a solid but limited player. If we pick him I will hope to be wrong.

I dont think so. He had a bad game, happens to the best of them
Yeah the Florida defense was pretty awful against michigan but we saw a lot of guys on defense that usually don't even play.
Matt Rolin and Daniel Mcmillian at Lb,Keivonnis Davis at DE,Duke Dawson and Nick Washington at safety. ETC Vernon definitely
was free lancing today. Biggest loss by UF in 20 yrs.
