What happened today?

What has happened to Miami the past 5 years? If I were a die hard FSU fan, I would take a meaningless bowl loss after the success they've had.


Everyone has bad days, especially against teams that are fired up just to be in a major bowl.

I'm a realistic Miami fan. I was involved with the banners flying before every game this past year.

Was a good game by Fl St. they kept it a lot closer than I thought they would

I would have bet that FSU was going to win. I guess I underestimated Houston. I should have thought about the Utah/Bammer Sugar Bowl game from a few years ago.

What happened today?

Not the performance I was expecting to see. Especially since I drove four hours to watch them.


We couldn't run the ball, and abandoned the run once we got down. Our offensive line is so damn soft. A Florida State team should impose their will on a team like Houston.


Hats off to Houston though. They wanted it. FSU, outside of the defense, looked like they didn't want to be there.


I also hope today was the last day Sean Maguire starts for FSU. I was convinced sitting in the Georgia dome he was throwing the game.

Thanks for replying, man. In all honesty, I like you, dude. I used to rib you a bit, but I never meant anything by it.

 

Anyhow, I must admit that you guys look very promising for the future. As you know, as long as one of those QBs pan out, and with the expected improvement of your OL, you'll be back in it in no time.

 

Can we please have Derwin James and Josh Sweat lol?
