As far as alternates. Dalton, Brees, Rivers, and Carr are the only ones I can think of and I don't think Brees or Dalton would go and there's a chance Rivers wouldn't either.

Perception. I think rest of the league would acknowledge Carr has played cleaner than Bortles while putting up comparable production.
