The first 20 picks in 2016 will be determined after all games are played on January 3. With only two weeks left to play, the first round pick order should not change much for losing teams.
Current order for the first 10 picks:
1. Tennessee Titans (3-11, .490)
2. Cleveland Browns (3-11, .520)
3. Baltimore Ravens (4-10. .490)
4. San Diego Chargers (4-10, .510)
5. Dallas Cowboys (4-10, .551)
6. San Francisco 49ers (4-10, .571)
7. Miami Dolphins (5-9, .449)
8. Jacksonville Jaguars (5-9, .469)
9. New Orleans Saints (5-9, .526)
10. Chicago Bears (5-9, .461)
Cleveland is unlikely to clinch the #1 pick because Tennessee owns the SOS tiebreaker. The Chargers already are out of the running for it and can't pick higher than #3 overall.
Assuming Jacksonville will miss the playoffs, Jaguars fans need to root for the 49ers and Bears. I don't know if these SOS numbers include all 16 games or just the 14 that have been played.

I don't think the Chargers are technically out of the running for pick # 1. If Cleveland and Tennessee won both of their remaining games and the 4 win teams ( other than the Chargers ) won at least one more games, the Chargers would have the # 1 pick.

Currently four teams have four wins: Ravens, Chargers, Cowboys, and 49ers. The Chargers obviously need Baltimore and Dallas to win. I am not sure about #6 San Francisco helping them out.

So much can happen in the remaining 2 weeks regarding the draft order. If Pittsburgh has something to play for in the final week of the season, there's a very good chance that Cleveland will end up 3-13.
It also remains to be seen how much value is even at the top of the 2016 Draft, compared to a few spots down.

Good point about value in the draft. The problem for Cleveland is Tennessee also can finish with 13 losses. Pittsburgh definitely will have something to play for in Week 17 barring a an apocalypse (sp?) in the AFC.
If the titans keep the number one pick, every team in the AFCS will have picked number 1 in the last 5 years except for us. Weird.

We never had the #1 pick. How many other teams can say that?
Well we could be picking anywhere from 3-7 now.
If the season ended today, we'd pick 6th. Hargreaves makes the most sense if so. That or a trade back scenario where we can continue to load up on defense.
I think at 6 Ramsey would make more sense than Hargreaves for this defense.

If a QB and LT goes 1st and 2nd which is highly likely, I wonder if Dave would trade up for Bosa? I think FA will tell us which direction we go in the draft.

Not seeing what the Ramsey hype is about.

I could see it, Dave may legit swing for the fences this year to improve the team. If the Jags come out with Bosa or Hargreaves in the 1st then I am a happy camper.

Yea I dont see the need to trade back this year, we are past the point of loading up on young players, we need the best players we can get, we can load up on players in FA with all the money we have.
We already have two young players coming back next year who havent played much or at all, Fowler and Sample
Has anyone (presumably smarter than me) figured out the lowest and highest our pick could end up being depending on how this last week plays out?
