Dan Hanzus and Conor Orr disagree on who will win this game.

Quote: Giants hand Panthers first loss of season

Calm down, gallant knights of the Panthers Honor Protection Brigade. This is not about a lack of respect for football's perfect team or a deep-seated belief that Cam is not elite. I just don't think the Panthers will go 16-0. History is instructive, and there's a reason only one team has gone 16 for 16. Speaking of the 2007 Patriots, the Giants know a thing or two about knocking off the invincible and I can see the Panthers struggling to stay in their groove with Jonathan Stewart sidelined by a foot injury. If Josh Norman can shut down Odell Beckham this is a different game, but I don't see that happening, either. -- Dan Hanzus

Fozzy runs wild in another Panthers win

Get ready for that warm, Fozzy feeling. Fozzy Whittaker will rush for more than 150 yards against theGiants on Sunday en route to anotherPanthers beatdown. At this point, it would be a massive disappointment if they cannot do what the Patriots failed to do back in 2007. This Panthers team is perfect in almost every way and we will see a major reason why on Sunday. With Jonathan Stewart missing from the lineup and Ron Rivera looking to keep the heat off of Cam Newton, they will showcase just how deep and talented they really are. Keep pounding indeed, Panthers. -- Conor Orr

So one guy says Jonathan Stewart is a key to winning and another is not worried about their running game. What do you think, ZNation?
Not having Stew is definitely going to be tough but there's more, way more, to our run attack than just him. If the Giants weren't the worst at stopping the run I would be more worried. Fozzy ran really well against the Falcons last week. We also activated Cameron Artis-Payne, our rookie that everyone is excited about. It will be good to get him some action. Oh yeah....and we still have Tolbert and Newton. We will miss Stew but it won't be enough IMO.

Yes, Tolbert is the guy I always see when Stewart does not play. I expect to see him a lot Sunday (if 506 Sports TV maps are accurate).
Quote:I think Panthers match up great against the Giant. Norman will get the better of ODB
that was an understatement
So where are all those people who expected an upset today? LOL

3 points is close enough. what will happen is like when Giants lost to Pats in regular season and beat them in playoffs/post season.

3 points is close enough to an upset? Now I've heard it all.

Obviously you don't know what an upset is LOL. It means the underdog won and has nothing to do with the score.

I'm simply saying it's close enough to show that Panthers aren't some superior team

I know what an upset is. You misinterpret what I meant..aand I explained the meaning in the post defining what will happen.

Winning tough road games shows the sign of a superior team. 14-0 shows a superior team. You make zero sense.

Barely winning shows signs of vulnerablility.

5he defense has carried that team. Kam isn't some superior QB. He's just another running QB.

They will lose in the playoffs.

They won't go 16-0 either

You're obviously just trolling. The guy has THROWN 5 TDs three times this season. We have the top scoring offense in the league. Our D has been letting us down the last few games. Just stop, man...it's getting embarrassing in here.
Barely winning is much better than losing. And no other team can say that.

It truly hurts my head to dumb myself down to even address that comment.

lol at "we".

all you did was sit on your [BLEEP] and watch a game.

I am not obviously trolling. I know regular season wins have nothing to do with playoff success. They showed vulnerability Sunday and will be exposed in the playoffs with a loss.

I am simply giving an opinion you dont like and dont want to happen but I will be right and then youll just say I was lucky.

Oh the old "we" comment. Good one....

You throw around ridiculous predictions on here all the time...you're bound to be right one time. The problem is you can't put up an argument to justify any of it. You just toss it all out there and hope that you're right about something.

For example....how did that Seattle game go this weekend?

And if the 14-0 Panthers showed they're vulnerable by "barely winning" then how about all those teams with losses who weren't able to barley win those games? IT MAKES NO SENSE.

argue what ? justify what? sports talk about by fans about this team and that is redundant and usually wrong and pointless. Aside from my Cleveland prediction most of mine are usually right.

one time? i'm number one or two in multiple pickems.

you hope I'll be wrong but when I'm right youll use the 'any given Sunday' crap. You are the one straddling both sides of the fence.

I know I'll be right about the Panthers. Teams with running QBs never ever win the big game and barely ever get there.

Kaepernick, Vick, Cunningham,McNabb ( sort of a runner lol).Big names with nothing but regular season success

it makes plenty of sense. They wont go undefeated in playoffs lol

the nfc is weak. They are just the best,so far, of the worst

well, then never say it. I'm capable of never saying it. No player on the team cares about you

Really? Wrong again.

Here's the link of Cam at my party last Tuesday. https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=...624&type=3

lol no it isnt. Its a fact. No player gives a damn you exist.

unless you are related to one, I know none of them care about you or any fan. Its a fantasy in your head when they say the stupid canned junk on tv about it being for the fans

being at party proves nothing but he made a celebrity appearance at a party and likes attention. He may be a nice guy but thats different than giving a damn about cheering fans.

Not one single player cares about any fans at all no matter what they say on tv.

saying 'we' is childish and incorrect. You have no affiliation to anything that happens on the field
