No i'm not being silly, silly Wink
I am done with this thread.

Quote:Huh? That's not possible to have split loyalties because if the Jags and Broncos play the world would end.
They play next season in Jax

We've won!
The record that's most likely to be broken would have to be the most missed extra points in a season.

The franchise record for most points scored in a season was the 2007 team, that put up 411 points.

This year's team is currently at 326, 85 points below that record.

This year's squad would have to average 28.3 over the last 3 weeks to tie that record.

Considering our opponents... it's doable
It's doable, but that game in Houston is going to be tough.

Here's an update on Blake's record-chasing...

Passing Attempts: Record - 557 (Mark Brunell, 1996) Bortles 539 - 18 short

Completions: Record - 353 (Mark Brunell, 1996) Bortles 311 - 42 short

Passing Yards: Record - 4,367 (Mark Brunell, 1996) Bortles 3,821 - 546 short

It looks like he will easily beat the passing attempts record now.

The other two are in the balance and might depend on how generous the Saints defense is (and whether it becomes a shoot-out with Brees).

273 yards per game to catch it, which is less than his average.

I'm pretty sure Meyers has that one locked up.

I didn't even have to do any research for that either.

It's Meyers, legs down.

If someone says we won, that means we won. But we didn't win.

Now I am REALLY done with this thread.

Here's another update...

Attempts: Record - Now held by Bortles with 574 (was 557)

Completions: Record - 353 (Mark Brunell, 1996) Bortles 338 - 15 short

Yards: Record - 4,367 (Mark Brunell, 1996) Bortles 4,189 - 178 short.

Looks like he has all those records sewn up (unless he is rested for the Texans game, but that could be career suicide for Bradley)

No way he doesn't break the last few. Its amazing in only his second year, He will put up some of the best numbers a Jags QB ever has. How do you not leave this season without tons of hope and appreciation for what we will see next.
