Not sure I would go that far...but it's nice to read, anyway.

Think the youth on our offense is pushing us up the boards especially with bb5 playing well

There's no doubt about that.

I'm just not sure about being the one AFCS team teams in the playoffs don't want to see.

The Pats drubbing notwithstanding, I'd have to give that vote right now to Houston.

WoW, the USA Today really doesn't know much about football.  Let's face it the way things look it doesn't matter who wins the AFC South they are almost guaranteed to lose in the Wild Card Playoffs at this point.

The Jaguars Offense is finally starting to look like a serious contender, despite having a weak oline & an injured rookie running back along with injured WR core.  The Jaguars Defense on the other hand... cant stop the pass.

Dont get too exicted about the 2nd half when a 40 year old qb whom has been getting killed gets injured from Telvin Smith (whom hits a lot harder than he looks), and no Luck to save them.  The true test will be the Saints if they can contain Drew Brees to under 20 points that would be amazing.  Of course the Saints Defense is now a lot better than it was the rest of the year...

The Falcons lost and looks like the Jaguars might be able to win again this week, but the Saints game worries me as far as winning out..

Right now, the Falcons game terrifies me.

Not only do they present many of the same problems for our defense that the Chargers did, they have a better running attack, plus their head coach knows our defensive system.

San Diego came into the game with us with many of the same issues the Falcons are having now.

Matt Ryan is a very good QB capable of picking a team apart.  Julio Jones can dominate a secondary.

New Orleans scares me too for similar reasons.
Yep, I forgot about Matt Ryan he's going to have a great day against the Jaguars Defense if Gus can't figure out a plan to stop them (which i have literaly no faith in him doing since the Jaguars Defense has been horrible against the Pass for three years - Babich should be fired).

Agree.  If I had a nickle for every time someone said "we should win easily this week," and we went on to lose, I'd be a rich man.
We've seen this story earlier in the season where we jump up on everybody's radar with a chance to do something then we just want no part of it and flop the next week.

Wow. This is not a very credible power poll.

This makes no sense. How do the tacks move UP two spots after getting crushed by the Jets?

I think this is a much different jags team now than what took the field with the pats.

17. Jacksonville (5-8). LW: unranked. Amazing. Jags are in it. And Jags are dangerous.
I realllly hope we win out and Indy somehow beats Houston, then flops vs Tennessee. Oh how cool would it be to have a home playoff game guys? Its been over 15 years!

Why so mad? You should be pumped your Titans are up to 24.
Basically the rankings believe Jags are the best team in the division though one game back.

I agree, by virtue of the QB/O personnel in Houston.  Colts, even with Luck, seem to have a worse roster than titans; who are young but with upside.

Houston's D may make em rather attractive but without an O in today's game...

Jags D is not in shambles, just bleeding in parts. It should take one off-season to fix.
I wouldn't agree with that assessment.

I feel we ARE the one team that people want to see.

EDIT: WOW I totally ready that wrong.....
Any playoff team would destroy us because of our defense.

Love seeing us get some love but man our Def scares me in all the wrong ways.

While I have to admit that watching the Lions-Rams game was like watching two really bad teams trying to the lose, the tacks should be #33. The most wrong things on here are how high they are and how low the Bengals are at #10. I understand Dalton is gone, but this is still a 10-3 team and McCarron was making some nice throws. How long is Dalton out with the thumb injury?

As for the Jaguars, #18 makes sense. I put them at #19 in my own ranking.

I agree with this, but when I referenced the Pats rout, I was referring to the Texans.
