Allen Robinson is probably it.

That's what I would say too.

Bottles would need several more games like the one against the tacks to get in.  No necessarily 5 TDs and no INTs but he would need a strong finish to the season to make it.  I fully expect him to be a part of the list the next year tho.

Why do you say it's no way for can get in when the Kansas City Chiefs was 2014 in 2012 and Had six Pro Bowlers selected that year. If your team have time talented players they should be recognized because of it. Also, Why do you think bortles don't get in after having a good year.

Because Jacksonville has won 3 games every year for a half dozen seasons. The loser stigma will not wash off over night. The Jaguars don't have the benefit of having a high profile coach like KC did.

And Bortles is still an inefficient QB that loses a bunch of games and turns the ball over a lot in the eyes of many.

You want to know what is really going to hurt? Watch out for Carr, Mariota and Winston. They have a better chance of making it than Bortles.
Wasn't the KC coach in 2012 Romeo Crennel? Hardly high profile.

My bad. I thought the poster was talking about 2014.

Agreed, Romeo Crennel would not fit that description.
AR15 definitely, Bortles maybe. I don't see Telvin or Thomas making it.

In 2012 that year the Chiefs went 2-14 so i feel like other players recognizes great talent and out of the young qb bortles has played just as good or better than any of them. It's not his fault that his defense and kicker stinks.

I agree with you and I think he has been awesome this year.

The point is that the general public, and to an extent, the rest of the league (I would assume) don't agree.
Arob Bortles and Telvin should all make it. Arob leads all WRs in TDs. Bortles is top 5 (I'm pretty sure) in TD passes, and Telvin is top 5 in tackles
Quote:Hmmm...

A Rob. (20s)

Smith (back 50)

maybe Bortles. (99?)

This is what I'm thinking too. Bortles could be on but in the 90s. He's young and rising. But rookie and second year QBs take time to join the ranks.

bortles is 3rd in the league in td's and 7th is passing yards.
Blake should make it but probably 83. Telvin should be around 49. AR 43 or 38. Few other guys will make it Myers, Tyson, etc.....Participating.

Arob should be a shoo in. I think Telvin has a better chance at making it than Blake.

Is this the list that is voted on by the players? I cant remember

Quote:Probably just Allen Robinson.

Jason Myers is a lock.
Blake Bortles had better be in the top 100. A-Rob probably ranks in the 50-65 range.
Considering it is the Jags, A Rob might sneak in around the 90s. Guarantee young WRs like Watkins, Amari Cooper and Jarvis Landry get in ahead of him.
Quote:Before this season we had Marks ( ranked #76 ) and Julius Thomas ( ranked #45 ) on there.

My prediction for next year's show we will have Blake Bortles, who i believe will be the highest ranked, Allen Robinson and Telvin Smith representing our franchise and unfortunately, Allen Hurns will barely miss the cut in addition to Brandon Linder because of injuries. Man look how far we come we come as a franchise and the best part about it is that they all young players.

How many player do you think will make it and who will be the highest ranked from them?

Highest ranked? Top 100? 4-8? 50-50 master?

At least you are objective and fair

ARob should be a lock. His #s predicate the placement. Telvin Smith just maybe. Nobody else will even sniff the conversation. We are talking 100 out of about 1700.

Hopefully, we start playing winning ball soon, and make a legit case for our QB and good players in the team.
