He left the game at one point clutching his wrist, can't find any more information about it
It looked like a teammate stepped on his hand as he fell to the ground making the tackle.

Yeah I saw that, hope its not serious he's one of the best MILB in the NFL, he's getting old though... wouldnt be a horrible idea to look for his replacement in the draft (while keeping him another year in 2016 though to help coach the guy on the bench his rookie year, and if Poz still has juice in 2017 they can move the guy to OLB until Poz retires).

Looks like he's sporting a cast:

Jaguars MLB Paul Posluszny had a cast on his right hand following the Week 13 loss to the Titans.

Posluszny played almost every snap against Tennessee, so it is unclear when the injury occurred. The extent of the injury is also unknown, but losing Posluszny for any amount of time would be a big loss. With Dan Skuta out with a groin injury, the Jags are getting thin at linebacker.

Good thing we still have Armbrister!

Fracture in hand.

Are you just guessing? That report says they don't know what the injury is.
Dude is always hurt.

Ouch. I hope we don't have to put him on iR again.
He's a great leader on the field and a very smart player.  I hope he heals quickly.

That being said he's slow and terrible in coverage.  He is part of the problem.

Update on Poz. He isn't good anymore and needs to be replaced. Above average against the run, terrible liability in pass game. Notorious for arriving at the pile 3 seconds after receiver is on the ground.

Hopefully he won't see the field for us anymore

Dude is a liability.

He's AWFUL

He's getting older and looks like he lost a step. He's great against the run and can tackle very well, but all that isn't worth it if he gives up 30+ yard passes over the middle to the TE constantly.

Bruce Irvin, Danny Trevathan, Telvin Smith looks pretty nice.

To bad we don't have Reynolds anymore.

I would be shocked if the Seahawks and/or Broncos let that happen.

Injuries happen.  We have very different definitions of "always hurt."

He's been a Jaguar for the past 5 seasons.  He started all 16 games his first 2 years, 15 games in year 3, and last year had the injury that put him on the IR after 7 games.  So, he missed 9 games last year.  In 12 games this year, he's had 11 starts.  Hardly "always hurt."

His injuries are only an issue inasmuch as they prevent the team from having his leadership on the field.  He's still a tackling machine.  The problem is, and always has been his coverage ability.  It's not as bad as the message board GMs want to portray, but it's not much more than average at best.  But, he's better than the alternative, so hopefully they club the hand and trot him out there.

Don't you know?

Miss 1 game = injury prone

Miss 2+ = always hurt/should cut

There is little doubt that the MLB position was going to be a target for upgrade this off season.  Nothing has changed, even as he's suddenly always hurt.
