I've been a sniffling, hacking, aching, wet sneeze mess the last couple of days.  I vouch for this recipe.

I'm trying this one now. I don't know what I have but hopefully this works. I'm supposed to be driving down to Duval in 2 days and I feel like crap.

My business trip to Orlando last week left me with Orlando disease--that weird plague you get upon returning home after being seated next to a kid who won't stop coughing and sneezing on you for the whole 2.5-hour flight back. I'm basically limping through work this week, and my usual combination of chicken soup and honey Jack (separately, not mixed!) doesn't seem to be having its usual effect.

And yeah, Deacon, honey Jack is only acceptable when one is fighting the flu. It saves me the trouble of having to try and mix actual honey into Jack without overdoing it and making the whole thing any more undrinkable than it is.

You're secretly my brother from another mother. Peace pipe and guitar sounds good. It will complement my hot toddy mix. :-)
