Nice mock, but no way is Javon Hargrave falling to the seventh round. His tape is absolute domination. Looks like Sen'Derrick Marks actually.

Yeah, I agree. In the real world, I would go after him in the 3rd-4th and then get a project CB later on.

Same. He's a stud.

Gimme
Maybe it's too soon, but I couldn't help myself and decided to do an early Fanspeak mock draft.

And I realised that if you pick Ramsey it's not as easy as you'd think to load up on pass rushers, because most of the good ones go in the first two rounds.

This is my attempt...

<div style="font-size:26px;text-align:left;">We sign Oliver Vernon, one of the top corners and a kicker in FA.  With this draft we fix both safety positions and get Poz replacemet.

Last one for now with some observations...

Could defenetly see a trade back if Ramsey or Jack isn't there at 5 as the 2nd round is loaded with talent. Only had 2 hard choices in picking between spence and rankins along with choosing between ioannidis and cowser.

I would love to get this FA class:

Olivier Vernon - LEO

Tashaun Gipson - FS

Nolan Carroll - CB

And then this draft class:

CB JALEN RAMSEY

38: R2P7

OLB NOAH SPENCE

EASTERN KENTUCKY

69: R3P6

Vernon and Fowler would rotate at LEO

Gipson would be our centerfielder

Ramsey would excel as a press cover

Spence would rush from the OTTO and LEO

Nassib would rotate with Odrik at the 5T and Odrik could slide inside

Ok that's cheating..... I want that and I would pay money.

Oh ya but its from the 2nd board the only realistic one is the one that is updated after the senior bowl. I did only these 3 mocks and came out with similar players the one player im going to have to look into is the G from Arkansas
Thought it would be interesting to see what the Jags would take home based strictly on rankings from some of the big boards out there:

Here's what would currently fall to us from the CBS board.

1  - Myles Jack LB

2 -  Ryan Kelly C

3 -  Will Redmond CB

4 - Jordan Jenkins OLB

Draftek board:

1 - Jalen Ramsey  FS/CB

2 - Andrew Billings DT

3 - Antwaun Woods  DT

4 - DeAndre Houston Carson - FS

----------------------

Obviously - these selections ignore positional need and priority, but it's interesting to see some good prospects at positions of need showing up through four rounds on these boards.  Will have to try this again after the combine shakes up these rankings.

Using the FanSpeak board:

How in the world did Ragland make it to the 2nd round? Of all the mock drafts using FanSpeak, this is the most unlikely to happen. In addition to the unlikely scenario of Ragland falling to the 2nd round, Nkemdiche has too much talent to fall to the 3rd even though he has a lot of baggage.

That being said, this would be an amazing draft from top to bottom. I probably would have taken the same players. The only thing missing is an edge pass rusher, but the Jaguars can hopefully address this in free agency.

Not only was Ragland available, but so was Noah Spence, Jaylon Smith, and Leonard Floyd.
