It was very early in the game, I believe it was during the Pats first possession.
Even Gruden said something about it in the booth.
It was kind of funny and tottally unexpected.
I don't recall hearing him say it (my ears are not very good), but read an article on NFL.com about Rex Ryan's reaction when someone told him Tom Brady yelled his name.

So much depends on the combination of Sammy Watkins staying healthy, the Bills getting more consistent QB and Offensive Line play, and the team's play calling. From an ability standpoint, Watkins should be high up on any WR list.
