These are the players I have fallen for so far, post-combine.
Jamal Adams, safety.
Adoree Jackson, CB and returner.
Forrest Lamp, OG.
I think our three must-haves in free agency and draft right now are Safety, Corner, and Offensive Guard. Jamal Adams is projected in the top 10, Lamp is projected between 15 and 25, and Jackson is projected between 20 and 35. I know there is no way we can get all three, and probably not even two, but it's still a nice fantasy.
I love Christian Mccaffrey, but I don't think he fits our team. I think he will tear it up for some smart team that drafts him, but it won't be us because we have so many other needs.

I liked these guys prior to the combine and like them even more now. I was on the fence about whether 'Doree Jackson was a value at #35 prior to the combine, but now think he'd be a very good pick there.
I agree that McCaffrey and Lamp will likely be picked in no-man's land concerning the Jags with the exception of a trade up/down.
The high number of CBs that lit up the combine makes me feel like there will be a quality CB left on the board at #35 even if it's not one of the three I've been eyeballing thus far.
Jackson would certainly be a CB worth looking at for the #35 spot. I wasn't even thinking CB in round two because the class is so deep, but with House now released it makes more sense. I'd have to weigh Adoree with the available OLs at the spot, and there are still a few key players like Mahomes and Njoku that I would take if they fell that far.
What is it about Adoree you like so much over the myriad of good looking CBs who should be available at #35?
Adoree Jackson has speed for days, but I worry about his ability to be physical at the next level.
I suspect he would have greater impact for any team in year 2-3 because he should be stronger.

I'd prefer Tre White or Conley if either falls that far.
But Jackson, Wilson, Awuzie, or maybe Tankersley could be in play there as a consolation. Awuzie of course could be gone earlier also if someone falls in love with his measurables.
I agree with Bullseye on Jackson needing a year to beef up for the necessary toughness at the L.O.S. in the NFL.

Basically, because of the eyeball test, watching him at the Combine, he appears to be tremendously athletic, knowing he's a great return man also, the fact that he fits a need, and the fact that he might well fall to our spot in the second round. No great analysis or anything, just watching the Combine, liking what I saw and heard.

Can only play slot but I like him.
