Quote:People on this board act like WR should never drop a ball or QB should never throw an INT.

It happens to others teams you now...

Allen Robinson & Allen Hurns are the best WR Combo in the NFL right now, and they are only in their 2nd year (and thats with a 2nd year QB throwing to them behind a very weak Oline) with a TE Julius Thomas not playing most of the season & being far behind what everyone had hoped for him to play at....

Imagine the Bengals Oline with Blake throwing ... crazy stats...

even still QB Blake Bortles is currently ranked 9th in Yards 2,193, 36 in QB rating (includes QBs that didnt play much) with 83.2, 9th in Tds with 17, but his average is 7.1 (He needs to get that up)! ranked 30th, he's thrown the 4th most INTs with 10 this season (still way better than last years), he's 2nd in throws over 20+ yards with 39 and hee's ranked 10th in throws over 40+ yards (would be tied for four if he had one more)...

Look blake is learning basically...
I don't remember the play.
I love these made up corny stats like:

"Player X is 2nd among 2nd year receivers who have three vowels in their middle name who were born between 4:30am and 5:30pm on a sunday when the moon was eclipsed."

Are you stupid? It literally just says second among 2nd year receivers. You love to complain about anything.

Eh. He's just a troll. And not even a good one.

But he is stupid....
There was also that other one he dropped....... :pinch:

Why is this still a topic?

For once, in a very long time, our receivers are arguably the best position on this team - and they are playing like so...

Not to mention they are very young and the future is bright.

Quote:^^But his mistake cost us points/win.

Big time WRs make those plays
stop. I've seen Dez drop balls. Hopkins. Megatron.

Drops happen.

And he doesn't drop em often.

JUST STOP.
Literally starts a thread of some BS and waits for everyone to chime in and walks away......

The OP simply stated a fact.

HAHAHAHAHAHA

Yeah.... 5 days after the fact.

Out of nowhere, starts a new thread, just to state that one little fact.

If that isn't trolling... I really don't know what is.
Quote:Allen Robinson is 2nd in yards (rec) among 2nd year WRs (NYG Odell is first by 52 yards, but he caught 19 more passes than AR15 & had way more thrown to him this season).  In fact the Allen Brothers lead the NFL in avg yards among WRs that had more than 30 recs this season at 17.7...

A few more stats to consider...

  • Hurns has an 80.6 first down percentage on his 36 receptions. That's 7th best among players with more than 12 receptions, and 4th best among players with more than 21 receptions. The three ahead of him are DeAndre Hopkins, Alshon Jeffery and Mike Evans.

  • ARob leads the NFL with 17 receptions of 20+ yards, and Hurns is tied for 6th with 12. Their 29 combined is the best by a long shot. The 2nd best duo, the Saints Brandon Cooks and Will Snead, have combined for 22.

  • ARob and Hurns each have 6 receiving TDs wherein they are both tied among a few other players for 6th place. Their 12 combined TDs has them ranked as the 2nd best WR duo. The Jets Eric Decker and Brandon Marshall have combined for 13.

  • With 1342 combined yards, ARob and Hurns have the 2nd most behind only Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders with 1384 combined yards.

We'll if he didn't drop that ball maybe they'd be ahead of Thomas/Sanders!
