Quote:This was miracle of Indy proportions.

We had dropped ints, ridiculous penalties and defensive stops and turnovers at critical points. This is the Indy blueprint.

Now if we heap all praise on Bortles and ignore all the bad play maybe we can get a couple of seasons of this...

You try waaaayyyy too hard...
Seriously I swear we had a horse shoe on our helmet...

When we make the playoffs this year courtesy of the AFC south here's hoping our opponents get a rash of injuries mid game too.

Enjoy watching the jags in the playoffs CW!
1-2 this week.

16-15 overall...

The Texans Defense can be very stout, as well as the Titans D is respectable The Colts & jaguars defense isnt nearly as good.

That being said The Jaguars Offense & Colts Offense is far better than those two teams... I think the AFC South is very close any team could take it but Titans are the least likely to do anything this year....

I hate the Texans.

This week:  2-1

Overall:  18-13

I went 2-1 this week putting me at 15-16.

Quote:Jacksonville @ Baltimore - I feel like the Baltimore game is right in this Defense' wheelhouse. They don't have a lot of passing threats so they are going to want to run the ball. Jacksonville, despite losing the game, actually had a decent defensive performance and I think they keep it going. I don't think the Baltimore Defense is going to be able to hold down Bortles and Co. all day so this one seems winnable to me. Jacksonville with the win.

This one did not go as I expected. The Defense played opportunistic if not well at times and the Offense struggled. Still, made plays when they needed to and that's what counts. Jaguars for the WIN.

Carolina @ Tennessee - I think the magic runs out for Mularkey and his guys here. That Carolina defense looks pretty good and I don't think Mariota will fare any better than Aaron Rodgers did. Carolina with the win.

This game went more like I thought. Tennessee had some spurts, but it's just tough to play Cam Newton for four quarters when you're not scoring. Mariota is getting desperately low on accompanying weapons. WIN.

Houston @ Cincinnati - the Bengals keep it going for one more week.

Made no sense to me whatsoever. Despite JJ Watt getting interviewed after the game for, well, being named JJ Watt I guess, his impact was really limited. Only thing was, Cincinnati seemed to forget how to get the ball to A J Green and they just couldn't punch the ball in. Just an odd, seemingly uninspired game there. LOSS.

Ravans Jags are winless on the road for last couple years.  Jags last win was vs browns, and Henne was the qb.  Bortles hasn't won a road game in nfl yet.

Bengals over Texans

Panthers

1-2 last week.  14-17 overall.

But,, I'll gladly take it, Thanx DOOM!
The chiefs are in an interesting position and their defense seems to really be behind their 3 game winning streak. Saw that Pat Kirwan commented on the AFC South and he seems to think the Chiefs and Jags are in a position to make it to the playoffs or take the wild card spot:

There is not going to be a wildcard team from the AFC South.

Only the division winner will go to the playoffs for the AFCS.
