Quote:Pretty suprised at all the animosity towards Lee. He's hurt.

Seems the hatred is BECAUSE he's hurt. Which again, is dumb. He played in what? 13 games last year? He's good when he's out there, just need to let him heal. Hamstrings are notorious for re-injury, 100% sure that's why he's been out as long as he has.
If lee was not playing with an injury that is just a pain tolerance issue than I would get the hate. However you can't play through hamstring injuries so it just makes no sense that people are hating on him.

Not hating on him, I was impressed with him last year. What he did in his young life,  to get through college and get to the NFL. Breath of fresh air after the problem receivers we've drafted in the past.

I want him back, but at the right time for him and well healed.

I'm grateful we now have the luxury of receivers that he can do just that.

Get well and add to an already awesome group! :woot:

Yea its ridiculous, not just on this board on twitter and BCC, he played more games then A. Robinson last year and will have played more then Greene, but yet he gets bashed for being hurt, to the point of people wanting him cut, I dont get the hate.
Hopefully he can make a comeback similar to Fred's career.
Lee has finally been let out the cage.

Win streak here we come.  Lol.

Quote:I think they'll put Greene at PR and have him share some snaps with Walters.

I also think we'll see Lee used on around 15 snaps or so for the Thursday game. Doubt he plays this week unless it's very limited.
Looks like they are indeed easing Greene and Lee into the game plan and Walter's snaps are decreasing.

It just seems that many fail to remember that, when he played healthy, Lee was a Biletnikoff winner in college.  Many thought he was the very best WR in college at that time.  It is a luxury to have Hurns, ARob, Walters, and Greene able to play, allowing Lee the time to heal.  Hamstring injuries can become chronic if not allowed to heal fully and properly.  I would not give up on Lee as yet.

Quote:I really hope we dont bench Walters. Im loving what this kid does. He's got glue hands and very reliable plus hes got good chemistry with Bortles. If anything, put Lee on punt returns.

One Lee gets injured so much not holding my breathe to see him on many snaps this year...

two the way our WR core gets banged up the last few season the more healthy WR threats the merrier!

The guy has potential. He led the team in receptions in the second half of last year. I'm frustrated with the injuries like everyone else, but to dismiss the guy as a bust at this point is a joke. I'm stoked for our offense in 2016, especially if we can get some quality competition on the Oline.
I believe in Marqise Lee. We are really going to need him next season, especially if one of Robinson/Hurns misses time.

In terms of depth - this WR group is looking nice for next year.

We also have this guy on the practice squad:

Yep.  Sterling should be in the mix.  Walters is also under contract cheaply next year.
I hate to put Robinson above Hurns & vice versa because to me they are equal but just different types of receivers.

AR15 is the deep, high jumping 50/50 sidelines kind of guy like Art Monk for example, or Brown (to be more relevant), and Hurns is more of the Jerry Rice over the middle or (Dez Bryant type to be more relevant).

Bryan Walters is starting to look like the Wez Walker type...

Lee is fast if healthy he could be like a Jackson type WR.
