Gallman?
As a round 4 RB I'm thinking Hill, Foreman, Kamara ... at least one of these guys should be there.
I wonder if one of those NTs we were discussing might be there in round six?

I think Gallman is tougher at the point of contact than Kamara or Hill by a pretty good margin. I think that's a trait this F.O. will weigh heavily in their evaluation of RBs in this draft.
Foreman was gone from the board and mock simulator I used.

Also because there's at least a 50/50 shot if not better that Kamara will be gone by 35.

Don't know about 35, but I didn't think he'll be there in the 4th for sure. (despite the simulator still offering him LOL)
I hadn't even heard of Gallman until now, and am thinking round four is probably a bit too early for him.

He was the feature RB for the back to back national championship appearing Clemson Tigers...and was firmly in the round 2 mix before his horrible combine. 4th round would be nice value.

If you compare his running to Hill and Kamara you'll notice he gets lower and delivers a tougher blow when he makes contact with defenders.
After a year of bulking up and getting coached up at the next level - I believe that trait will pay big dividends for him.

Kareem Hunt ran a 4.6 at the combine and calmed the hype a bit but I'm still pretty sure he can be a good starting running back in the NFL. He can catch , block, never fumbles, always seems to find a hole, drives his legs and falls forward every time.
Might scare some off but he's what Yeldon was supposed to be when we drafted him. Perhaps we need someone more dynamic.

Still, over him and those other guys, the one RB I find myself really wanting is McNichols, and I keep finding myself hoping he falls to round three. In an ideal draft, we get McNichols round three and then Webb round four.
McNichols is a good choice too.
I'm surprised no one else mentions Marlon Mack. His video is sexy and he is one of the other few RB that excelled at the combine. I think he would be my favorite RB/value meld in the third round.
Really if we want plus athleticism at the position we are stuck with McCaffrey, Kamara, Mack, and McNichols.
