McCray isn't playing right now because he stinks. He hasn't been very good on special teams either lately. If this continues in camp next year, he isn't going to be on the team.

He looked like crap in the preseason and vs Miami - so he got benched. Not sure how so many just missed that altogether.

he was coming of an injury so not surprising. I would think he is healthy by now. Gratz was benched last year for McCray and McCray came in and played much better than Gratz and never did anything to lose his spot. It showed last week he is the same Gratz. McCray should at least still be over Gratz on the depth chart. You think not?

At least Gabbert could do something in practice. By your own standards he is sucking worse than Gabbert because he hasn't been doing it in practice or on the field. Do you really need more reasons why he is on the bench?

We are in the bottom third of the league in various pass defense stats. If McCray was any good at all he'd be playing. Apparently, he's been so unimpressive Gus and the staff aren't even considering him. That ought to tell you something.

He was injured in preseason. The game he struggled in was his first game back. Other than that game what other game did he struggle in? He played has played a little today. He was covering the guy in the slot when Colvin gave up the big play. If he is as bad as you think dont you think they would target him when he is on the field? So you are the same person that thinks Gerhart is a good option since they kept putting him in. Other than his first game back from injuery what game did he struggle in?
