Quote:Gruden mentioned him several times

OK, but I can't remember #51 tackling anybody.
Quote:Gruden mentioned him several times

I wish they would fire him, I get pissed off just listening to him speak.  During the broadcast tonight he actually explained what a team does during a timeout, like no one knows why a coach calls a timeout and has his players come around him.

He made multiple tackles.

Would you rather have the guy he replaced, Tony Kornheiser? I was so happy when he quit!

About timeout calls, Jon Gruden needs to let viewers know why teams need them. Not everyone is able to figure out what happens during a timeout. I personally never understood the purpose of calling timeout before a punt.
Flico Flacco shouldnt have thrown that ball he had another down... bad choice by him cost them the game..

Quote:Flacco throws a beautiful deep ball. One of the best I have ever seen.

Bottles needs to get with him this offseason.

I'm not a fan of Flacco, but dang he does throw the ball beautifully

I more hate his 'forced' hand movements when they actually show him talking.
Quote:Why did Caldwell ever trade that All Pro Monroe?

Thing is, he got beat by a - - SPOILER ALERT - - spin move to the inside. How do you go into a down against Freeney and not be prepared for a spin move?!
The Ravens are tied with the Lions for the worst record in the NFL at 1-6.

Wow, just Wow!!!!!

They have Flacco, a Super Bowl MVP winning QB getting $120M.

They have lost a lot of good players and coaches since winning that SB and now they are all the way down at the bottom.

It sure can turn quickly in the NFL.

And then he got injured...again.

Jon Gruden mentioned the fact that none of the wide receivers and tight ends on the Super Bowl winning team a few years ago are still in Baltimore. It is like what the Eagles are doing: get rid of your best players, lose more games.

That's your $37+ Million dollar man right there.

Every team goes through rebuilds. The Ravens have a great general manager, so I doubt they will be porous on defense next season.
According the NFL.com, Smith had 8 tackles yesterday.

Lol.

I spend time frequently on the Ravens forum (I know a couple members over there).

During the past year,, I can easily say that most of those Ravens fans are not on board with Monroe, at all.

Overall, the strongest sentiment for Monroe is disappointment. While a good number of the fans are just frustrated with his inability to stay healthy,, the majority of them don't think he's even that good while he does play.

From what I have seen of Monroe the past two years,, he does not look good. He's nowhere near the "Top 10 LT" tag that got posted on him a few seasons ago. He's nowhere near that.

That's the part that really kills me about the amount that Baltimore had to give up to get him! Not only did they pay him some $17 Million in guaranteed money, but they gave up two draft picks in what was one of the deepest drafts in recent memory! They gave up draft picks just to sign the guy to a multi-year contract! It's just asinine to me!

Why am I yelling?!?!

Awesome. Keep it up Daryl . . . as long as your team loses the game.
