Saturday, October 31st, Halloween Day!

#11 Florida vs. Georgia - 3:30

The Annual rumble here in Jax! Both teams come in off of a bye giving each time to heal up a bit, brush up on some things, and add some of those plays that make this game interesting. I think/(hope)  Smile  Florida's defense will be the key that'll propel the Gators to a W here.

#12 Oklahoma State at Texas Tech - 3:30

I smell another shoot out. If some of these Big 12 schools played some D they'd be really, really good.

Miami at #22 Duke - 7:00

Curious to see how Miami responds after Golden's firing.

#9 Notre Dame at #21 Temple

Owls at 21 this late in the season?! Wow! Not a bad match up between two schools you typically wouldn't expect it from.

Light week. Anything pique your interest?

I like how Notre Dame/Temple is the primetime ABC game.

Tells you what kind of week it is overall huh?

Better than watching Ohio State and Rutgers.

For sure. I may have watched five minutes of that garbage.

Hopefully.

I can't imagine why it would be an exciting game, but chances are good Temple will not wait until the last minute to score.

Why can you not imagine that it could be an exciting game?

Because the name "Temple Owls" always makes me think "They suck." Notre Dame, OTOH, has been good this season.
Dalvin Cook is out this week with an ankle injury. Can't wait to see how bad our offense looks without him.

I read where Smag and Patrick were taking the first team reps at practice today. I wonder if we see a entirely different offense this week.

Why do you want to see FSU's offense suck without Cook? I thought you were a Seminoles fan.
Who do you all think will win in Jacksonville - the Gators without their quarterback or Bulldogs without their running back?

That is a classic example of sarcasm. He really doesn't want to see his team suck.

Good lord lady. Really?

If you don't want FSU's offense to look bad without Cook, say you want to see how good they can play with the backup.

It's Syracuse - not a very good team. So I would expect FSU to be OK without Cook.

It will be ugly for sure.

And FSU will still win anyway,

Temple is undefeated and beat Penn State just as easily as the Bugeyes.
This is the first time in school history the Owls are ranked and playing against a ranked opponent. It also is the first year they won their first 7 games. That explains why Game Day was at Temple today. I hope they beat Notre Shame.
