The AFC South is a wide open race. I believe it is well within our realm of possibility to win the division with a 7-9 or 8-8 record. It is our race to lose. With our upcoming schedule I think we have a legitimate chance of actually winning the division.

WEEK 8 @ Jets    -  W  (I think we pull the upset)

WEEK 9 @ Ravens - L

WEEK 10 Titans - W

WEEK 11 Chargers - W

WEEK 12 @Titans - L

WEEK 13 Colts - W

WEEK 14 Falcons - L

WEEK 15 @Saints - L

WEEK 16 @Houston - W

A decent 7- 9 season

Jets L

Ravens L

Titans W

Chargers L

Titans L

Colts L

Falcons L

Saints L

Houston W

No idea. I still have no faith in gus to prepare this team.

The question should be, how many wins can this young team get despite the coaches?
Hoping for 4 more wins the rest of the year. Not sure where they will happen. We won two games I didn't expect them to win, and they lost a couple games I didn't expect them to lose.
The same frustrating start to the season happened in 1996 with a relatively young, unknown team. I expect them to struggle against the Jets but after that every single game is winnable. I'm not expecting a 1996 run, but if they can string a few wins together...
i'm sticking with my 7-9 prediction  Those 4 losses will be vs chargers, falcons, jets, titans somehow

Of the remaining games, only the Jets and Falcons are definite losses. They have an incredibly weak schedule so I believe they will win 4 of the remaining 7 games, most likely against Tennessee (split the 2 games), Houston (they appear to be quitting), Chargers and Saints making them 6-10.

<p style="color:rgb(40,40,40);font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">WEEK 16 @Houston - W

<p style="color:rgb(40,40,40);font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">8-8. Maybe I'm crazy.

Blake Bortles has yet to win a true road game. London is effectively neutral site so it doesnt count.

You think he is gonna beat a a good Jets team now?

2 years ago going into the bye, it was a lol believing there would be any wins. Anything's possible
@ Jets - L (The Jets are looking pretty good.  They could be fighting for a wild card spot, and may end up with a better record than the Colts and STILL miss out on the playoffs because they play in the AFC East)

@ Ravens - L (Two away games in a row doesn't bode well for the Jaguars)

vs Titans - W (A home game against an AFC South opponent could bode well for the Jags)

vs Chargers - L (San Diego has our number.)

@ Titans - L (A second game against the Titans, but the Jags find a way to lose)

Colts - L (Not a great team, but they have our number.)

Falcons - L (Atlanta is pretty tough.)

Saints - L (The Saints look to be getting back on track)

@ Texans - W (A meaningless win at the end of the season)

Final Record: 4-12.  A tie for Gus's best season.
At Jets -  (Loss) - Sure the Jaguars have a bye week to plan/rest for the game, but Jets are 4th in stopping the pass (jags strength) and have about the same ranked offense as Jags in passing (jags weakness).

At Ravens (Win) - Ravens have one of the worst Pass Defense (ranked 29th), while their Oline & passing is really good (ranked10th) which will result in a shoot out I think Blake will win this game (close one).

Titans (Loss) HC Gus said the team is built to own the AFC South but with the Titans having the 4th ranked defense (2nd against the pass) even the weak rookie QB will do good against the leagues worst DBs (still lowest INTs).

Chargers - (Loss) NFL ranked best offense especially in the pass even better stat wise than the Patriots will destroy the Jaguars weak Safeties & Cornerbacks & weak zone.

At Titans (Loss) see above unless HC changes.

Colts (Tie) It could be another loss but the Jaguars went into OT only due to mistakes maybe they will make less at home?

Falcons (Loss) - Falcons are going to be pushing hard for playoffs and Jaguars at 3-10-1 wont want it as bad.

At Saints (Loss) - The Saints will also pass all over weak CB & Safeties, 3-11-1

At Texans (Loss) The Jaguars simply give up, at 3-12-1

Jaguars finish either 3-13 or maybe 3-12-1 I'm guessing at this point in the season...

Or you are drunk on the teal koolaid... i would love to see it despite it giving the Jaguars a worse draft pick and no playoff hopes.. it would at least show hope in going in this direction

but I think that 4-12 is more likely maybe 3-13
