It's not like if he wins he will suddenly become a good coach. I definitely wanna crush the Bills and have Bortles have a 300 3TD zero turnover game.

I'm 60 years old, fat, out of shape, balding, and have a bad diet (mostly junk food). I too hope the Jags lose this Sunday because I'm afraid the shock of an unexpected win would kill me.

That being said, I would never root for a loss.

I only root for losses when it's clear and evident we're out of the playoffs and a top draft pick would be more beneficial than winning a meaningless game.  Yes, I said meaningless.

Wanting to lose goes against the whole point of competitive sport.

That's not how it works. As long as everyone tries their best, they get ice cream after the game. Halftime sundaes are a given. It's not about wins and losses. It's about doing your best!
