Let's see who everyone wants for their HC and your OC / DC
Kyle Shanahan for HC. Doesn't matter who the OC is. DC is a very interesting question. It will have to be someone who can work with our personnel for their system and get Bosa ( :teehee: ) and Fowler on the field at the same time.

Kyle Shanahan HC/Greg Olson OC/not sure what up and coming defensive assistants are out there

I would like to keep Olson but not sure how he and Shanahan will gel. Shanahan is going to want his offense installed and it depends if Olson is willing to work with him. It also seems like Olson wants to run the ball between the tackles while Shanahan uses that stretch zone.

Kyle Shanahan / Greg Olson / Geoff Collins

not another college coordinator with no NFL experience please.

Plz?
Head Coach:Vince Lombardi

Offensive Coordinator:  Paul Brown

Defensive Coordinator: Bill Belichick

You didn't say we had to be realistic.

Hue Jackson or someone from Arians staff.

Wouldn't mind to see Mike Smith back as a DC or if by chance the Jags go the Marrone/Olsen route then we could reunite Jim Schwartz with Marrone as the DC.

I like this, they did get bills to 9-7.

I prefer hue Jackson.

Bill Belichicks son, steve. Hes already working for his dad with the Patriots for the last three years. I will take him at any of the three.

Seriously I would take him with maybe McDaniels as a head coach. Also I wouldn't mind getting Mike Smith back either.

Spurrier/Tebow/Zook

I think Derek Mason could be a possible DC candidate. He has had a rough run at Vandy but he has a terrible stock of talent and Vanderbilt defense isn't actually that bad
