Quote:It is. But there are some positives that can be taken from it. A Jags fan learns patience, humility, and that it isnt the win or loss that is most important, but the journey. We should all recognize the moral victory that can be achieved if we just hold ourselves accountable to be the best fans that we can be in supporting the team, at a time when we need it the most. Its just a little Murphy, thats all.

We will get THROUGH this! I promise~
I agree.  Everyone should blindly buy as many tickets and Jags gear as they can to show their support for millionaires and billionaires for the outstanding product they are putting on the field.  It's well worth the entertainment value.
Quote:Oesher needs to go do not like him at all
You know the guy is spinning us more straight right now than Vic did at the end. I loved Vic, but he got off-kilter at the end, and way too high on the Gene juice. Oehser looks like a kid who is made to be a tackling dummy every practice. I feel bad that he has to do a question column after ever game. I mean his job kind of sucks right now. He isn't even trying to sell the company line anymore and people are still accusing him of doing it.

That's not true...

Sunday night, Monday and a little bit on Tuesdays are somewhat realistic...

By the time the Wednesday-Sunday articles comes out the sky is the limit for the Jags and better things are assuredly right around the corner.

I've always read every article on Jags.com and in the last 2 years I've just skimmed articles (because they make me want to puke) or just not even read them altogether.
Who cares about winning?

Quote:Jim Irsay sent him to the Jags organization like Skynet sent terminators to infiltrate and destroy from within.

He is a plant and he is working just as Irsay planned.
Conspiracy theorist here...

Remember how when Gene Smith was here how the GM's on other teams thought he was an excellent GM? And we've been hearing the same noise from other GM's about Dave Caldwell, Gus Bradley, and Blake Bortles too! So here's the 'theory'; wouldn't a GM on another team who is interested in seeing his team (and by extension, himself) do well want another team to keep a bad GM, HC, or quarterback? Other teams were happy we had Gene Smith and Gabbert. And they seem happy that we have Gus and Blake right now too.

Hmmmm...

(this was just for humor... kind'a)

Moral Victories...... I've never heard more bull crap in my life. This is not 8 year olds playing rec league soccer. This is the NFL. Go ask coaches if there is such a thing as a "moral victory."

Winning is all that matters.

Hey Seahawks, I know you lost the SB but hey.. you made it that far so thats the moral victory.
