Quote:Yeah luckily Denard is back.

Not lucky. They said four weeks and it has been four weeks. But he definitely is coming back when we really need him.

Well it's lucky he's back the week yeldon might not be able to play. If yeldon got hurt a couple weeks before, Toby would be the workhorse and he hasn't shown to be any good yet.
Quote:Yeah yeldon and denard combo will be great. Hopefully we can see a bit of it this week.

I'm not counting on it...  I wonder...  I know Grant fumbled the ball for a TD...  But I think it would be a good time to let Grant run some of the Yeldon snaps... I just think you don't want to aggrevate the grion...  We're gonna need Yeldon in late November if we win these next 2 games...  I can still smell the playoffs

It depends on the injury. If he's good to go let him get some snaps but that doesn't seem likely with him not practicing. I definitely wouldn't mind giving grant more touches in this circumstance, that fumble seemed rather flukey. As for the playoffs, it's definitely not out of the question, let's just hope we can score 30 more consistently. If we do we have a shot.

I'm with you.  If we score 30 consistently, we're gonna shock the world.  Do we score 30 this weekend?  Man, I think we have the chance to.  JT80 is playing.  That means the entire field is open.

I would just prefer we don't blow out Yeldon like the tin horns blew out Foster....  Why over play him this week if we have Shoelace and Grant.  Grant isn't as good as Yeldon, but he can run up the middle pretty well.  Shoelace can come in and slash yardage for us...

We have weapons.  We shouldn't over ride Yeldon with a groin...  If it's a bad injury, let him have the PA reps, and then we can get him healthy for our playoff run.

Man...  I'm telling you, we are a playoff team.  We have the pieces to win this division.  It's not a question to me anymore.  We beat the tin horns, the clots lose to the cheaters.  We're just one game behind going to London.

It's not the perfect scenario, because we should already be killin' it.  But it's a winnable scenario.  We're getting healthy, and the clots are stagnant.  We can do this.  You just have to have a HC that figures it all out...
Yeah it's unfortunate we lost the last two. I still have a little hope that Gus can lead us to some wins and keep his job because I think the players like him and play hard. But if we continue to lose than he definitely isn't the guy with the talent we have. It's probably likely he isn't the guy, but none of us see how he is behind the scenes as a coach so it's tough to know exactly how bad he is. There's definitely some mistakes with time outs and stuff during games but hopefully that gets worked out.

I think you said it, when you recognized that Gus brought in Olsen and Marrone...  So there is a chance, right?

I've hated on Bradley for a few weeks now.  I'm really not a big fan of his.  But there is still a chance he actually has figured it out.  Miracles, right?

If you watch Bradley's conferences, he's very endearing.  It's just that he hasn't figured it out.  He's got 11 games to figure it out.  I'm not hopefull  He should have already figured it out.  But I'm not lynching him yet.  I'm just not gonna give him any benefit of the doubt.  He's gotta earn it.

I hope Caldwell and Khan are the same way.  Let him play out the next few weeks.  If he's lost this team and hasn't really shown anything, then fire him.

Bradley will be OK.  Let's not pretend he's gonna wind up like that USC coach.  Bradley is a legit DC.  It's about time for him to either prove or dis-prove his ability to be a legit HC

PLAYOFFS.....PLAYOFFS, I just want to get a win this week. LOL

I couldn't resist.

I love how it's mid-October, we have one win, and we're still talking playoffs.

The Panthers are Buccaneers are in the NFC. For tiebreaker purposes, those games are irrelevant - they only matter for the overall record. Unfortunately we have to win the division, so those losses can bite us in the end.
Well the point is the offense looks good enough to actually stand a chance at winning. The colts don't look great so there's always a chance. The defense needs to play more consistent obviously. I think our run defense last game was an anomaly so I doubt we will see that again. Our pass rush will never be good this year so our defense will always be average at best and below average most likely. Just comes down to our offense. Our schedule really isn't that bad compared to a lot of teams too.

I wouldn't say the bad run D was an anomaly... I'd say that's simply what happens when you take Poz out.

Yeah a big part it seems. Either way it shouldn't continue to be that bad now that he's back.

But it is a high ankle sprain so Poz may not be at 100% tomorrow.
Glad to see clowney out. Didn't want his break out game breaking bortles.

Watt is enough to worry about.

Is that the official list of inactives in Week 6?

I know, it's crazy...  I wouldn't be talking this insanity if BB5 wasn't the QB. Maybe it's nuts, but I still think there's a chance we win the division.  It's a long shot, but it's there.  If we beat the tin horns and the pats smoke the clots (which will probably happen) we're only 1 game back.
Quote:We should win this game.
We should have won a couple of games by now...

Pierce was ruled out with his concussion.

We don't know the official list until like a half hour before game time. Only Pierce and Lee have been ruled out, and Sample is doubtful which frankly is the same as being ruled out here. Yeldon is questionable, but I've noticed that questionable players are typically held out. Anyone else is either listed as probable or is a healthy scratch.
