I read this yesterday and LOL'd. Blake put up 28 points for me yesterday in my league after a decent 18 point game last week and they're saying he's not worth starting. Rotoworld really is terrible for fantasy advice.
Just got my injury status in my yahoo league. "Bortles has been better, but not as good as his numbers may indicate". Per rotoworld.com

You have stated at least twice he had bad decision making and was skittish in the pocket yesterday. Doubt you watched it once, forget about twice.
Quote:Rotoworld at it again :

Bortles has a Grade 1 AC joint sprain. It's an injury receivers often play through, but it's trickier for quarterbacks. For now, Bortles should be considered day to day, but we tentatively expect him to suit up against the Texans. Chad Henne would get the start if Bortles couldn't go. Bortles hasn't been as good as his recent numbers indicate, but Henne would be a severe downgrade

Thank you Capt. Obvious.
Why do we care what they think?

Since when does fantasy football care about anything besides numbers. If they want to make an argument about him outside the numbers I can understand (though I disagree). But these updates are silly. He should be owned in all leagues even if he is just a backup.

I thought that is the whole point of Rotoworld?

I didn't feel as if it was bias against Bortles simply their impression from watching him.

Listen, this roto-crap is smart...

Why? Because they fool 99% of the population with their bizarre advice.

Bam, they cash in the $$$$$$$$$$$$.
