It also appears that once he see's that he 'could' make a play he turns his back to give the impression he was unaware of the ball carrier coming right toward him. In that way, he hopes to not be blamed for missing a tackle in front of all those people. This is the action of someone who doesn't want to make contact. His butt should be put off the team as soon as this video is watched by the coaches... but it won't.

That just shows how bad things are. They are playing like high school kids.

This is flat out disgusting. This is what people are defending. Its been said and others have said it for quite a while since year one. Gus does not know how to lead a football team. This is the ultimate display of a poorly coached team.
