The last trade for a coach involved Jon Gruden going to Tampa Bay in 2002. The Bucs gave up:

1st round/21st overall, 2002

2nd round/53rd overall, 2002

1st round/32nd overall, 2003

2nd round/33rd overall, 2004

+ an undisclosed amount of cash

The value of Peyton we can assume will be exponentially more considering he is a proven Super Bowl winning coach. Now the Saints may be willing to move Peyton given their cap situation, they are headed towards a massive rebuild and the extra picks would be much needed. What would you be willing to give up for Peyton using the Gruden trade as starting outline?
2 first rounders and 2 second rounders for a coach? Absolutely not. He will be let go at the end of the year anyway anyone who gives up anything other than mid or late round picks is stupid.

no

Why would they let him go for free if someone will give something up for him?

If he's unemployed, go get him. Do whatever it takes.

If he's up for trade, let Grigson give up his next ten drafts for Payton. There are other candidates out there.
No trade.

I'd consider some sort of trade maybe if the Saints were having a winning season right now.  But they're not.

Gus for Sean. DEAL !

No I wouldnt trade for him. I wouldnt mind signing him in the offseason but my guess is someone else will pay him more.
