What is all this we gonna lose?

Stuff it or go be a bucs fan.....remember when they WON the 2002 super bowl?

We beat them the next year. 17-10 granted it was 2003. But we beat them.

 

Regular season 2007 beat them 24-23.

Regular season 2011 wore them out 41-14

Plus five out of six preseason games since then.

 

There's a streak for you.

We have a team that can beat a lot of other teams in the NFL, but the problem is we don't know how to close out games. We fail at taking advantage of situations that are GIFTED to us. Gore fumbling? Almost every team would take that down the field and get some points. 3rd and long sack, but somehow you let him dump it off to a RB? Recovering a fumble at the 40? A good team would take that down the field and score a TD. ARob catching a bomb at the goal-line? A good team would punch that in and get 7 out of it. You have two chances to kick the game winner? Most kickers would take that opportoony and nail them both. The Colts punt with 1:50 left in the game and you start at the 35? A good team would just completely end it at that point. 

 

The plays are being made and the opportoony's are all there to get the win, but for some reason they come up short. Here's hoping they can smash the Bucs and carry it over to the Tinhorns.
