What does Odrick do for us? He doesn't rush the passer well, we couldn't stop the run today. What does he bring? He is like another Alualu.

Poz is not good at all, but when he's replaced by an undrafted FA of course there is a drop off.  Poz is ok against the run but he's a huge liability in pass coverage.  

Definitely room for an upgrade.

Poz is better than okay at the run.  He is the enforcer and a tackling machine.  Yes, he can be a liability in the run, but to say he is okay in the run is just pushing some weird agenda.
