The weak leadership of Obama especially in foreign affairs has caused a void in which Russia's leader Putin has been taking advantage of without worry of his actions.
We witnessed him invade Ukraine without any real backlash from the international community. He has made Russia back into a leader of World Affairs by invading Syria to attack ISIS in what
he claims is to support his ally, Syria's President. Or does he have another motive?
