Yeah I'm a little underwhelmed by the lack of game-changing players he's be able to find in the 20+ opportunities he's had in 3 drafts.

There should be a Dave Caldwell approval in this poll. I think he's as big a problem as Bradley. But maybe that's just me.

Even if we win that'll still happen. People need to realize Gus can't do it all. He's doing a great job most of the time.
