#7 LSU at South Carolina 12:00

LSU hasn't been the dominant force as a whole the past few weeks, maybe they get it all going in Columbia?

Georgia Tech at #6 Clemson 3:30

One of the few roadblocks Clemson has left. GT not the team of last year though.

#19 Georgia at Tennessee 3:30

Georgia needs this one bad. Tennessee may be the better team here at home.

Navy at #15 Notre Dame 3:30

Always a good one, and always one that Navy shows up for. Navy has a good team this year too.

#13 Northwestern at #18 Michigan 3:30

Not a game many would have looked to as one to watch during the summer. Both are playing some pretty good football right now.

#21 Oklahoma St at West Virginia 7:00

WV let me down last week. I thought they had the goods to go into Norman and beat OU. Nope, got beat up. Should be able to play with OSU.

#11 Florida at Missouri 7:30

Can Florida avoid a let down on the road against a game Missouri? I sure hope so...

Miami at #12 FSU 8:00

Would have been a more intriguing match up had Miami not lost to Cincinnati. None the less, it's a good rivalry game.

#23 California at #5 Utah

Utah getting all the love right now as the #1 team in the playoff. Tough Cal team waits next.

What else you got?

Miami vs FSU will be a huge pillow fight. We are Charmin soft.

you may be Charmin soft, but UM is double ply, triple roll Charmin Soft

FSU - 38

UM - 20

Of those games I need LSU, Clemson, and Utah to lose. I also hate Miami and want FSU to win. Unfortunately the favorites almost always find a way to win.

I wish the good matchups were scheduled to be played at different times. This happens every week.

They are the favorites for a reason.

Wanting teams to lose based solely on where Ohio State/UF are in the rankings in week 6 of the season is an interesting way to pick winners.

Another awesome week of football.  Too bad I'll miss a bunch of it.  I'll be in Knoxville for the UGA-Tenn game.  Speaking of which...

UGA at Tenn - I was at the 2008 game in which Bama obliterated UGA.  The last time Bama visited Athens.  Looked like I watched the same game.  Although this time at least UGA didnt have Matt Stafford, AJ Green, and Knowshon Moreno.  If there was ever an indictment on Richt it was that 08 game.  But this one wasnt much better.  At least he has the excuse of not having a good QB.  Bama is basically the worst team for UGA to play.  Great run defense forcing the QB to beat them.  And they dont have one that can do it.  Against Tenn I think UGA comes out really peeved.  I wouldnt be surprised if the Dawgs run all over them.  Tenn has some talent but they dont have good coaching.  Anyways should be a fun trip up there.  As a Vandy guy, I cant stand the obnoxious orange color everywhere.  And I'm sure I'll have Rocky Top in my head for weeks.  But its a pretty great atmosphere.  And I may be tailgating on a boat in the Vol Navy which will be awesome.  Good times.

Northwestern at Michigan - Of all the games this week probably most interested in this one.  Too bad it is on the same time as UGA-Tenn.  Not sure what to think of Northwestern.  The Stanford win was great.  Beating Duke on the road is tough.  But then barely beat Ball St.  Michigan is balling!  Only given up 14 points in the last 4 games!  And their one loss on the season is a tough 7 point game at Utah.  Harbaugh has them turned around already.  I think Michigan wins a low scoring one.

Cal at Utah - Heading back home after the game and may be able to make it in time to see this one.  At least the 2nd half.  Utah is the darling of college football so far.  But Cal is a surprising 5-0.  And their QB is a potential 1st rounder.  I'm mostly on the Bortles bandwagon but curious to see how Goff looks this month... next 4 games.  Utah, UCLA, USC, Oregon.  If plays well this next month, chalk him up as a top 5 draft pick.

Florida at Mizzou - Both teams look like they've found their QB.  Grier is turning into a pretty good player.  And Mizzou went with their true freshman last week who looked solid.  And could turn into a pretty good player in the next couple years  I dont like the matchup for him this week though.  Gators pass defense is tough.  I bet they take advantage of the youngster.  I like the Gators to win.

Navy at Notre Dame - Irish coming off a brutal loss.  Navy is tough to gameplan for and aside from Army this is their biggest game of the year.  Luckily for the Irish, they played an option team a couple weeks ago in Tech.  Will be slightly easier to prepare for.

Miami at FSU - These teams have a combined 1 loss on the year yet nobody outside Florida is talking about this game.  What a shame.  Used to be the best game of the year.  Should still be a good one.  May get home in time for the very end.  Thought Miami was better but after the Cincy game not sure what to think now.  Game is in Tally so have to go with the Noles.

OU vs Texas - another game thats hard to believe is this low on the list.  God Bless, Texas is bad.

Arkansas at Alabama - Tough game for the Hogs.  Bama has a great running defense.  Wonder if the Hogs will perennially become a team that starts slow and then gets better and better as the oline gets in sync.

LSU at SC - I dont really care about this other than to see if Fournette goes for 200.  They need him to.  Their QB situation is a dumpster fire.

TCU at Kansas St - Dont sleep on this game.  Kansas St can be tough.  Only one loss this year was two points on the road to Okie St.  Wouldnt be surprised if K State hangs around.

I mean look at Michigan State barely beating Purdue, TCU barely beating Texas Tech, etc. I think, "Great, this could be an upset," and then the favorite wins on one late play. I hate it when that happens.

I want the other top 10 teams to lose every week because Ohio State is #1, but does not look like the best team. Other high-ranked teams can knock OSU out of the playoffs.

That score would surprise me. Both teams look atrocious. It's looking like FSU is going to have to play some walk ons at RB.

Ohio State is not very good and their only two tests come at the end of the year.  I really hope Harbaugh has Michigan rolling at that point and turns it loose on OSU.

As long as Ohio State is #1, I will assume they have a shot at the playoffs if other Top 10 teams lose.

Their next five are all jokes. I get the feeling one of the Michigan schools are going to pick them off.

The odd fact is the fact that she wants LSU to lose the week before playing UF. Typically you want your opponents to be the best ranked possible when beating them. Must be the aspergers.

The only team pre playoffs to knock OSU off is easily Michigan State.

I just wish it was a couple weeks sooner than it is, OSU's offense looks abysmal.

No it is not the Asperger's. I just don't want other top 10 teams to win if Ohio State is one of them. For some reason #7 LSU happens to be one of them this week.

But first things first, I want the Gators to beat another Tigers team this weekend. Let's go beat Missouri.

it could happen any week considering they had trouble with N. Illinois

That game was unbelievable. True, the Buckeyes can lose any week, but I have no reason to expect that against unranked teams.

Now back to the subject, did anyone hear the LSU/South Carolina game may be moved because of floods in the state? They called the Panthers about moving it to Charlotte.

The only reason this is even being discussed is because of the pure fact that LSU looks beatable the last couple weeks and they don't want a sorry team like SC ruining the showdown between the Tigers and Gators. That's it.War Gators, and to hell with Ohio State!

Michigan just as good a shot as MSU. Wolverines playing some good football under Harbaugh

Huh? I've made it a point to watch some of them, and they are definitely nowhere near MSU.
It's official: the LSU/South Carolina game was reversed. LSU will be the home team instead of South Carolina. Kickoff time is still scheduled for 12:00, but that may change.
