Quote:May the worse team lose then.
Id add that our kicker has missed two extra points and 6 field goals over the last two games.
Our coaching staff is also pathetically inept though I do like our Offensive coordinator in Koetter.
Our receivers can't catch, we lead the league in penalties (were tied with Oakland before this week) and our o line is inconsistent at best. We get into holes and Jameis tries to do to much and starts throwing picks.
I think in general the Jags are a much more fundamentally sound team. Maybe our OC gives us an advantage (Olsen aS with the Bucs a few years ago as OC) but our head coach is pretty awful. Mike Jenkins is a starter which means you will have open receivers all day.
It will be tough for y'all to give this one a way. We are a more fundamentally broken team than Jacksonville right now.
I swear I thought you were talking about the Jags up to this point.... I really couldn't tell the difference.
Kind of ironic Olsen was the Bucs OC and Koetter was the Jags OC
Bucs - 10
Jags - 7
way too early in the week for this...
Wallowing in my misery. Jags find yet another way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Again.
I have no faith in this coaching staff to get this team "up" for a full four consecutive quarters of football.
Jags up 14-10 at the half and lose the game 16 or 17 to 14. Another 90+ yards in penalties for the 4th game in a row.

You bring up an interesting point, Tampa are kings at ticky tacky penalties, would be interesting to see how many flags fly Sunday, or will the NFL not care about this game and just let them play.
Originally, I would have gone:
Jags - 24
Bucs - 17
However, after this past Sunday, I can no longer go that positive:
Jags - 10
bucs - 17
Until I see otherwise, our 2nd halfs are just horrible; which will effect our overall outcome..
GO JAGS!!

So you're saying Bucs and Jags have a chance to make NFL history on Sunday? Some positives to look forward to. I imagine the refs are foaming at the mouth for this one. My predition is there will be more penalty yards than actual yards gained by either team.
The final drive, to determine the game, will be a series of penalties back and forth, with both teams trying everything in their power to lose. Who's the most inept and win averse team? A clash of titans. I predit a final "15 men on defense" penalty pushes the Jags into range for a late field goal, they miss, Tampa returns it for a score then gets flagged for roughing the kicker and Jags end up winning anyway.
You heard it here first folks.

But, but...sprinkles!
Quote:Bucs are not good. Winston is a turnover machine.
Colts were worst.

He won't be against us. This team can't buy an int to save it's life
10-3 Jaguars first half
13-23 second half.
Bucs win 23-26
I know everyone is feeling rather down in the dumps after yesterday's heart breaking loss. But Bortles and the offense really look like they are progressing nicely, despite the point total. I have a feeling that they are going to put together a complete performance in this game and surprise a lot of people.
30-17 Jags.
Score first, you win. Bucs/Winston panics when behind. 2 of our games, down by at least 10 in the first 4 minutes.
But I GOTTA be a homer... Bucs 27, Jags 20
