Who in the world would it be? There are teams lining up to get new coaches already.
Would we have to pay 7 million or so to get a Gruden?
I think we are in a tough situation if we change coachs.
This is not a post to start trouble. The problem I have with Gus is his 2nd half adjustments.
I thought he would learn by his 3rd year but seems to be the same
I wouldn't take Gruden for free.
Sean Peyton or someone that has been a successful coach in the past. Not a rookie HC or someone coming from an OC/DC job. If there isn't anyone worth getting that would change this team immediately - don't do it, keep Bradley.
The last thing we want is another Mularkey.
Nick Saban. But we'd have to offer him a huge contract to get him to leave Bama- same with Meyer.
I wouldnt mind Norv Turner to be honest. Our offense would be crazy good.
Todd Haley? Has worked wonders for the steelers.
If by some way we could get Sean Peyton, that would be my #1 option
Nick Saban would be my next choice
Not sure who, but i'd like to get a proven coach. Not another Bradley/Mularkey

i just see so much apathy in him.. it's depressing

NIck Saban is hot garbage in the NFL
Plus I don't think he wants to leave BAMA

I totally agree with this. If we do "need" a new HC I would go Peyton but if we cant really nab him Im not sure Id want to ditch Gus for the other crap out there.

That would be interesting.
Obviously, Payton would be ideal if he becomes available. Wouldn't mind Norv Turner either despite his playoff failures.
Pass on Saban and Gruden.
Jim Harbough. So he can pull the ultimate troll move and bring Jed Fisch back to Jax as his OC.

Good coordinator. Bad HC. We've been there and done that.
Gruden makes 6.5 million from the four letter network and only had to work one day a week. Why would he leave that to coach the lowly Jags? That salary alone would make him one of the highest paid coaches in the league.

Another NFL re-tread. He couldn't make it in the big league and ran back to college like a little girl. Pass.

Two names that may meet your requirement and realistically be available are Chuck Pagano and Charlie Strong.

Chuck Pagano would be interesting depending on who he'd hire as OC. I don't like his current OC but I'm not sure how much of that was influenced by Grigson or Irsay.
