I was there for that game. Had FSU shaved in my head and sat in the gator section. Every time the gators scored 4 or 5 fans would grab my head and swirl it around. Probably had 4 scratches on my forehead. Also had beer thrown on me. And it was one of the greatest experiences I've ever had at a football game. I was lucky to make it out alive with how loud I cheered on that play.

I really hated the way he realized he hadn't recruited enough offensive talent and then bailed on us only to weasel into an OSU team that was already "built"

FSU fans can claim the whole "oh bringing up old stuff" now that they have finally won one recently...
just remember OSU won it last year, not FSU... and FSU won't even get close this year with that god awful ND transfer and a team that is a shell of itself from two years ago.
And I sure wish other Gator fans would get on board with being OK admitting your team ISNT VERY GOOD.

This year has a reason for Gator fans to cheer... we'll be better than we have been. We'll get a bowl game... but I think TN or GA wins the East this year, with Florida having an outside shot.
Doesn't matter... East loses to the West, LSU, Ole Miss, Bama.... doesn't matter.
Playoff teams are gonna be Big 10 Winner (Mich St or OSU), SEC winner (LSU or Ole Miss), Pac 12 winner(UCLA or Oregon), Big 12 winner (TCU or Baylor).

Now that Harris has gotten into trouble, they should hand the reigns to the freshman and ride on his shoulders.
I didn't expect college playoff for my UF Gators...
But I do think they have a shot at the East.

The East is wide open. People will default to UGA, but with how badly UF throttled them last year, it's not exactly a guarantee.
The West has got to be between LSU and Ole Miss. I suppose A&M and Bama still have decent shot.

These CFB playoffs are a mess. All these scrub conferences playing for the title give me a break. The playoff teams should be
1. SEC champ
2. SEC runner up
3. SEC West #2
4. SEC West #3 or East #2
Bring back the BCS, get some SEC teams back in the title game. Nobody wants to see some soft PAC12 team we want big boy SEC football.

the two games are totally unrelated. UF could have 4 losses by the time they play FSU. That has nothing to do with the outcome of that game.
