Leading our division with a shot at dethroning the sb champs, a win Here could be just what we need to finally take that next step. Oh my goodness im so pumped
It's a long shot, but winning could give us a huge momentum boost and we could be looking at a BIG winning streak. It wouldn't be crazy to talk about play-offs either haha.

It would be great if we could beat the Pats, but I am mainly looking to be competitive. That would be great.
Need to break us Hicken's Sweet Jags O' Mine.

If blake plays like he has last two games, and the drops dissappear, we can do it. Sustain 8-10 min drives keep him off the field.

It's how you beat manning and brady. And lots of pressure

If the team is winning, they can play it non-stop.

We lost to the Panthers after a terrible offensive outing. We just just beat the dolphins by three points in a close game.  Now we are off to Foxboro to beat the Patriots at home?  Let's keep our heads.   I am reminded of a quote from one of my favorite films:

"You know what's gonna happen? I'll tell you what's gonna happen. Troops are now forming behind the line of trees. When they come out, they'll be under enemy long-range artillery fire. Solid shot. Percussion. Every gun they have. Troops will come out under fire with more than a mile to walk. And still, within the open field, among the range of aimed muskets. They'll be slowed by that fence out there, and the formation - what's left of it - will begin to come apart. When they cross that road, they'll be under short-range artillery. Canister fire. Thousands of little bits of shrapnel wiping the holes in the lines. If they get to the wall without breaking up, there won't be many left. A mathematical equation... But maybe, just maybe, our own artillery will break up their defenses. There's always that hope. (he sighs) That's Hancock out there, and he ain't gonna run. So it's mathematical after all. If they get to that road, or beyond it, we'll suffer over fifty percent casualties. But, Harrison...I don't believe my boys will reach that wall."
Call me crazy, but i think a W is possible. If the defense is healthy again, and the offense continues to get better, there is definitely a chance.

I still think the Jaguars get spanked this week..
If we play like we did last week minus drops, and plus the turnovers, and run the ball 100+, I think we have a shot at a low scoring W. Realistically I think we're gonna lose, but I dont agree with alienating the posters who think we have a chance... we tend to play well against high ranked teams

Yup, like the Ravens game a few years ago when everyone in the media picked the Ravens to beat us.

exactly
We've scored a total of 3 points in the 2nd half.  That's equivalent to 0.75 points per quarter.

Personally, if I were Gus, I'd start watching game film of the Colts in preparation for Week 4.  If making the trip is a mandatory requirement in the NFL, I'd rest our starters to prevent anyone from getting injured.

I want some of whatever you're smoking.

The game was at home and the Ravens have always been a better matchup because the rely on physicality more then finesse.

The main thing is to play well.  Make the Pats bring their A game.

I do believe the Pats can be beat. However I dont expect us to do so. I would love to.... it would be a huge improvement. I just dont think we will be able to pull out the W. Would love to be wrong.

I'll be rooting for the Jaguars, but I know the Patriots will show us why they are the reigning champions.

34-24 Pats.
Sounds very pee wee league but as long as I see our team try hard and improve on what they did last week I can live with a loss against a team like this.
