Is it just me or does it seem that after watching three or four other games after the Jags opening day debacle, that all other NFL teams seem to play at a higher rate of speed and importance than the Jaguars..?

Is it just me or does it seem like ever since 2011 the Jaguars have made it a monumental task to pick up first downs?
Three out of twelve attempts on third down against the Panthers for 25% of the time success, and one out of three in the Red Zone for 33% of the time success.  The Offense is currently ranked 25th (28th in Passing), ranked 2nd to last in points (Vikings only had 3), 3rd to last in Yard Average 4.6 (Broncos & Ravens had the worst), tied for 1st in INTs, 2nd worst QB rating with 54.5 for Bortles, and tied for allowing the most sacks 5.

Let's face it the Offense wasnt ranked the worst after one week but it felt the worst after watching it.  The Defense played better than most had expected, which is confusing because we had all thought that the Offense was the strength of the team after watching this PreSeason.

It does.

And moreover, when I see the Jaguars on the telecast: 9-11 on offense Vs the 7-9 on the opposition's defense, I think to myself, "Man, how are they possibly going to covert this."

Then when I see the opposition on offense, same setup in reverse- I look at our defense on the TV, 9 vs 11, and I think, "There is no way they are going to be able to defend this."
Unfortunately, we are abundant with average to below average players and don't really have anyone special.

Take MJD for example, no one knew what he could do.  He started looking special on kick off returns and it was clear he was going to be a great player.  We need a lot more of that!
