Quote:I'm tired of watching other franchises turn it around like the Titans and Bills did yesterday while we continue to [BAD WORD REMOVED] around between bad and pitiful. We had hope that things would change but now we just want answers as to why it is just as bad if not worse. Really really frustrating as a long-time and loyal fan.
Those teams hired good experienced, proven coaches.  The kind of coaches that turn down Jax to coach another franchise coaching opening.

Whisenhunt is a good coach?

He's been to a superbowl. He must have done something right.  What has Gus, Del Rio, Mularkey done.

There are bad head coaches that have been to a Super Bowl. Jim Caldwell, Mike Martz, Bill Callahan. Whisenhunt is one of them. He's 20-44 his last four years in the league. I don't know how he still has a job.

For as maligned as Poz is for being a massive liability in coverage, he had 2 PDs (iirc) and an INT. Also, Olsen, whom some were worried would torch us, was held in check so hopefully this defense is better at covering TEs than we've seen in years past.

This is a great point. Maybe we can cover tight ends now...
Quote:Tevin smith and poz played well despite the dline
I thought Skuta played ok too. Poz and Telvin were all over the place though.
Poz shut all the people up about playing in coverage yesterday. Dude played like a man possessed. Maybe he just needed all that time off last year to slow down, watch his play on film and decompress.

Poz and Clemons two guys people want to cut all the time, played very well, its a reason you keep vets around, too bad our offense has no vets

Positives: We don't have to worry about our team moving

We should of ran the [BLEEP] out of the ball until the panthers showed they could stop it..olsens gameplan was odd.
I was pleasantly surprised by Rashad Greene's play and happy with Yeldon's effort.
