Seriously, can anyone point out anything that looks better this year?
And before you say the defense , keep in mind the offense we are going against.
Last year we were usually down by 21 in the fourth quarter.

Should've had one after the draft.
We had opportunity after opportunity until that last FG was made to make it 20-9. At 17-9 it was a mostly competitive game (ugly by both sides, but competitive), with 7 of those points being pretty well unearned by Carolina (just a poor, poor decision to make that throw and let the DB walk in with it). The drive that gave up the final FG, the defense just looked like it had done all it could to that point.
So while most of the 4th quarter pissed me off, we had 3 competitive ones. That's 1 more than last year.
