So basically, straight up speculation by a reputationless blog with nothing to lose by posting garbage and everything to gain if, somehow, someway, Saban does quit.
Let's put it this way: even CollegeFootballTalk hasn't latched onto the "story". It's one of those "if I'm right, I'm VERY right, and if I'm wrong, no one will remember" pieces.

He will die there just like Bear Bryant. The only thing if he starts losing they will run him off and melt down his statue and look for there next god.

I give him 4 more years. Unfortunately for him, the expectations that he established are probably to difficult to achieve as the competitive balance of the NCAA is at its highest level.
Seriously, aside from competing against OSU and other top ranked national schools, even schools that have traditionally been considered bye weeks (e.d. Mississippi, MSU, Arkansas) are difficult games if you don't bring your A game.
When you get into Championship or Bust mode, life becomes too difficult to maintain over a long period of time.
...... Mark Richt has the right idea. Win 9-10 games and keep GA fans hangin right there in the almost elite category.

He's been in Alabama much longer than I could probably stand to be in Alabama.
Staying or going, kudos to you Nick.
One could argue he's having trouble adapting to the changing landscape of college football. He's built on smash mouth, and everyone is going spread (to a fault, IMO.) But it really hasn't affected his success, not as long as he can still out recruit seemingly everyone in the universe.

He'll run from the dueling banjo's of Alabama and replace Al Golden after he butchers another season in Miami.

I get the feeling he wants another shot at the NFL.

Think if he was unhappy he would have flown the coop to Texas last year.

His wife did not like it in Miami. She is a country bumbkin from West Virginia and found Miami to be too metropolitan for her liking.
